1. GENERAL CONDITIONS PRIOR TO CONTRACTING

a) These General Conditions will expressly regulate the commercial relations arising between THE ACCOMMODATION and Private Users who, through the site owned by THE ACCOMMODATION.


b) THE ACCOMMODATION may unilaterally modify, at any time it deems appropriate, the configuration and content of these General Conditions. Notwithstanding, the General Conditions applicable to a certain transaction will be those in force at the time of formalization of the same.

c) The terms and conditions applicable to the purchase of the Products offered for sale to the public by THE ACCOMMODATION through its Website will be all those that are described in these General Conditions and that will be detailed on the Website at throughout the online purchasing process. Through the use of the Website, users declare to know and accept the different procedures necessary to access the different Products offered on the Website as well as to formalize their purchase.

d) The Client accepts without reservation the General Conditions of Sale when making a reservation of THE ACCOMMODATION having prior knowledge of its content as they are published on the website of the accommodation.


2. IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER AND CUSTOMERS

a) The identification data of the Website are those detailed below: https://www.calsalut.com. The rural house is located at number 44 of the main street of Gratallop. Data that does not coincide with the fiscal information of the company, which will be detailed below: Elena Baños Puyuelo 39910589t, with fiscal address at Calle Sant Abdó 19 de Riudecanyes. 3. ACCOMMODATION OFFERED

a) THE ACCOMMODATION will publish, together with the image of each of the rooms or accommodation that are reserved through the Website, the specific characteristics of each of them, including the services included, and the applicable price.

b) THE ACCOMMODATION guarantees that the price will be the one in force on the day of formalizing the reservation, regardless of the day on which the service is formalized.

c) If there are applicable offers on the price of accommodation, these will be indicated next to the initial price with a different typeface that allows the Client to clearly identify the final price. In any case, the temporary period of validity of the offer will be indicated.

d) THE ACCOMMODATION may, unilaterally and at any time, offer new Services that are for sale on the Website as well as suspend or cancel, temporarily or indefinitely, any of the services.

e) The rates established on the Website include the VAT applicable to each service, and tourist tax. THE ACCOMMODATION undertakes to keep the prices updated in accordance with the applicable tax at all times.

f) THE ACCOMMODATION guarantees the availability of all the accommodation offered on the Website.


4. RESERVATION SYSTEM

The Client must select the chosen accommodation, proceeding to fill in the reservation form and paying the corresponding amount.

At the time of formalizing the reservation, a deposit of 15% of the total amount will be paid directly on the web through our online payment service provider. In the event that for any reason the payment of the reservation cannot be completed, they will be free again.

The payment of the rest of the total amount of the reservation (85%) must be paid through our website by the methods indicated above on the day of the start of the stay.

Please note that the reservation will not be confirmed until the client has received a confirmation email. If you do not receive said email, you must contact us by the means indicated above.

5. RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The client acknowledges and is clear that this contract is not a housing rental contract, it is a tourist rental contract. The client cannot accommodate a greater number of people than what is agreed here. It is not allowed to invite other people who do not appear in the total number of occupied places in this contract to use the facilities, unless the property is requested (at an extra cost to be agreed).

The minimum stay is 2 nights, but may vary on specific dates. The reservation system will indicate for the chosen dates if the minimum stay is valid in each case.

The rate includes household linen (sheets and towels) and the final cleaning of the house.

Courtesy items available to the client: essentials for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar…), rags and kitchen paper, tablecloth, garbage bags and cleaning utensils (dish soap, dishwasher soap), hand soap and paper WC, firewood for the barbecue.

Amenities in all accommodation: free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, flat screen, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, tableware, blender, toaster, coffee maker, hair dryer, drying rack, cot under petition.

House comforts: oven, barbecue, garden furniture, wine fridge.

The person in charge has the right to enter the establishment, either to make routine checks of its status, or due to major causes or other inconveniences. The client is responsible for the damages that he may cause during the stay. Any problem in devices or services that may arise in the establishment, will be communicated to the owner.

In case of appreciating damage, it will be detailed precisely and the user will be informed of the damage or damage and its economic evaluation.

Inputs and outputs:

    Check-in: 5:00 p.m.
    Check-out: 11:00 a.m.

 

The house will be available from 5:00 p.m. Please make sure to let us know the approximate time of arrival and especially if it is planned for later than 8:00 p.m., so that we can plan the check-in and keep you informed of any delays or changes. The telephone number or email provided in the reservation will be used in the event that we need to contact you.

The day before your arrival, you will be given detailed information on how to access the accommodation.

On the day of departure, the house will be vacated at 11:00 a.m. however, if guests wish to enter or leave the house at different times, they may do so with prior agreement and as long as it is not going to be occupied by another client that same day.

If you need to check out later please ask at check-in if this is possible. We will try to accommodate your request.

6. ACCOMMODATION RULES.

    Pets are allowed on request, as long as they use their own bed without climbing onto sofas or beds in the house.
    Guests are responsible for keeping the house properly locked in their absence.
    Guests will not be able to carry out annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the house.
    Visits are not allowed without the express consent of the owner.
    QUIET TIME IS EVERY DAY FROM 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM We appreciate your collaboration in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary for coexistence in the town.
    The facilities will be kept in perfect use, each object in its original place, in the event of any damage to the facilities, this must be reported to the owner.
    Guests must treat the house and its contents with respect and not steal anything from it, they will be responsible for any damage caused.
    Please do not leave the heating on, at an excessive temperature if you plan to spend the day away from home or if it is your last day of stay. The same recommendations apply to air conditioning.
       Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and/or in the common areas (living room and dining room). In the presence of children or non-smokers, please do not smoke. If it’s summer, watch out for wildfires.
    We appreciate that you make responsible use of the energy in the house.
    Please take care of the house and respect the rest of others and in general towards the whole environment. THE ACCOMMODATION will appreciate any suggestion you can offer us to make your stay more pleasant.
    In case of theft, the property declines all responsibility, being the client free to take out insurance with third parties to cover such eventuality.
    The client undertakes to transmit the terms and conditions of this contract to the rest of the hosts

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF ORDERS

The services offered on this website constitute an exception to the right of withdrawal of consumers and users, as it is a tourist accommodation service, and, therefore, the aforementioned right of withdrawal disappears being the User aware of said circumstance and accepting it in full. the moment of making the corresponding reservation (article 103 letter l Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).


8. CANCELLATION POLICY

100% of the amount of the reservation deposit will be refunded if the cancellation occurs at least 15 days before the date of entry.

50% of the reservation deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation between 15 days and the date of entry.

No refund of the reservation will be made in any other case.

Any cancellation, including force majeure, will be subject to our cancellation policy. In case of force majeure, before canceling the reservation, please contact us directly to try to find a solution.
